General Diploma
Course / Credit Requirements
Requires a total of at least 25 credits defined as follows:
4 Credits in Mathematics (Algebra 1, 3 Math Electives)
4 Credits in Language Arts 4 Credits in Social Studies
4 Credits in Science (1 Life Science, 1 Physical Science, 2 Science Electives)
1 Credit in Physical Education
1 Credit in Health
1/2 Credit in Worldview Studies
1/2 Credit in Critical Thinking Skills
6 Credits in the Electives of Your Choice
On-the-job training may account for 2 core subject credits and 2 elective credits.
Credits may also be dual credit / college courses, AP, CLEP, etc.
Graduation Essay Requirements
These assignments may be completed in the junior or senior year, but must be turned in to the school no later than May 1st of the senior year.
1.Essay - Your worldview and personal testimony of faith, or career plans
2.Essay or Report - Anything science related
Graduation Testing Requirements
No testing requirement

Occupational Diploma
Course / Credit Requirements
Requires a total of at least 25 credits defined as follows:
4 Credits in Mathematics
4 Credits in Language Arts 4 Credits in Social Studies

1 Credit in Phys.Ed.
1 Credit in Health
1/2 Credit in Worldview Studies
1/2 Credit in Critical Thinking Skills
6 Credits in the Electives of Your Choice
On-the-job training may account for 2 core subject credits and 2 elective credits.
Credits may also be dual credit / college courses, AP, CLEP, etc.
Graduation Essay Requirements
These assignments may be completed in the junior or senior year, but must be turned in to the school no later than May 1st of the senior year. They may be dictated to the parent if necessary. The complexity of these assignments will be determined by the parent and based on the child’s ability.

The occupational diploma is made available for students with medically verifiable disabilities. It is assumed that your child’s studies will be focused on, and prepare them for, the career of their choice. However, any courses that they take will be permitted and recorded on their transcript. It will be solely your responsibility to explain to college admissions personal, scholarship review boards, and / or potential employers how your child’s education has prepared them and why they are qualified for entrance, scholarships, and / or jobs that they are applying for.

4 Credits in Science (1 Life Science, 1 Physical Science, 2 Science Electives)
1 Credit in Physical Education
1 Credit in Health
1/2 Credit in Worldview Studies
1/2 Credit in Critical Thinking Skills
1 Credit in Fine Art
2 Credits in Foreign Language (We recommend that both credits be earned in the same language.)
3 Credits in the Electives of Your Choice
